mySweetSavings is the best subscription website for tips, discounts and special offers, you can save over $140 each month with a subscription of only $34.90 per month.
Check our website before making your online purchases. Here you'll find all the current special offers on e-commerce websites, as well as all the deals offered by coupon websites. Stop missing out on bargains!
As well as these tips that help you make savings, we help you to earn money! Thanks to cashback, we refund you part of the amount you paid for your order (excluding tax) on the websites taking part in our offers and finally, an offer exclusive to mySweetSavings that you won't find anywhere else: each week we give you a $35 refund on everyday products (supermarket shopping, fuel, beauty products, sports equipment, perfume, etc.)
Is mySweetSavings's website compatible with my web browser?
mySweetSavings works on Firefox, Internet Explorer (from version 7), Chrome, Safari and Opera, as well as on touch-screen tablets and mobile devices.

Signing up with mySweetSavings
What information do I need to sign up with mySweetSavings?
All you need is your e-mail address!
We will ask for more information about you afterwards, in order to get to know you better so that we can suggest offers that will better match your profile.
Please note that you will need your e-mail address afterwards in order to access your member area, as well as for all contact with our customer service. If you contact customer service using a different e-mail address than the one you used to sign up, we will not be able to find your file and reply to your query.
How much does a VIP mySweetSavings subscription cost?
If you sign up for the mySweetSavings welcome offer, you authorise the company to bill you $1 so that you can take advantage of the gift and VIP access for a trial period of 72 hours. After this trial period, your subscription will be renewed every 30 days, and you will be charged $34.90.
Is my payment secure?
We work with one of the most widely used suppliers for online payments. As soon as you are on the payment page, within the module provided by our partner, you will see that the URL is secure (indicated by 'https') and a padlock will appear at the bottom right corner of your browser window. These two signs mean that you are currently in a secure environment. The connection is SSL encrypted.
I am under 18, but I would still like to take advantage of this VIP subscription. Can my parents sign up for me?
Yes, no problem. You will simply need to have the approval of your legal representative.
Do I have to sign up for a specific period?
No, there is no obligation for the VIP subscription period. You can end your subscription at any time by following the relevant procedure.

However, if you terminate your subscription, you will lose all the benefits reserved for VIP members.
What kind of information will I be likely to receive from mySweetSavings once I have signed up?
Once you have signed up on the website, each week you will receive the mySweetSavings newsletter, which will propose four exclusive refund offers, exclusively for mySweetSavings VIP members.
Of course you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the relevant link which you'll find at the bottom of each newsletter, or by going to the 'Unsubscribe' tab in your 'My Account' page.
You will be signed up for the newsletter as soon as you enter your e-mail address, even if you do not complete the signing up process.
In this case, you can unsubscribe via the 'unsubscribe' link which you'll find at the bottom of each newsletter, or by using the newsletter link which can be found at the bottom of our website.
I would like to end my subscription to the website, how do I do this?
Go to your members area, on the 'My Account' page. Here you will find the 'Unsubscribe' tab, which allows you to end your subscription to the website in one click.
My credit card statement lists an additional fee relating to my transaction. Why did this happen?
All transactions, regardless of shipping destination, will be charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only.
Mysweetsavings.sg is located in Singapore and uses an international payment gateway for its credit card transactions. Some banks or credit card companies will charge transaction fees for international purchases, which will be reflected on your credit card statement as an extra charge. Please confirm with your bank or credit card company for details of their foreign transaction fees.

How long do you take to reply to e-mails?
We endeavour to be as reactive as possible, but during busy periods, our customer service may take up to five working days to reply to e-mails.
I have not received a reply to my e-mail.
Sometimes our e-mails end up in the spam folder. Check your spam folder to see if you can find our reply there.
Please also check that you sent your message to the correct e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I change my personal details?
Go to your members area, on the 'My Account' page. You can change your personal information here, as well as your login details: your e-mail address and your password.
How does mySweetSavings use my personal details?
Your personal details help us to get to know you better, so that we can suggest offers which better meet your interests. They are not used for commercial purposes.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on the 'Forgotten password' link in the login area in order to generate a new password which will be sent to you automatically via e-mail.
The first time you log in with the new password, we recommend changing the automatically generated password with one which you will remember.
What is the welcome offer?
The welcome offer is a refund. In order to take advantage of this offer, you simply need to keep the proof of purchase for the product or service concerned, and send it to us at the following address: email@example.com within 30 days after you sign up.
You will also need to include your PayPal account information. After reception of all this information, your Paypal account will be re-credited within 30 working days.
Please note: we do not send any products, you will need to go to a shop to purchase them, and we will give you a refund.
NB: You must still be a VIP mySweetSavings member on the day you receive the refund, and you must send your request using the e-mail address you used to sign up with mySweetSavings.
I no longer want to subscribe to the website, can I still take advantage of the welcome offer?
The welcome offer is exclusively reserved for VIP mySweetSavings members.
How can I send you my proof of purchase?
We recommend sending us your proof of purchase via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, as this allows us to process it more quickly than a letter sent by the post. If you do not have a scanner, you may also take a photo of your proof of purchase (with a camera or mobile telephone), ensuring that the required information is clearly legible.
Why do you use the PayPal service for refunds?
The PayPal service is completely free and secure. It allows you to send and receive money without sharing your banking information.
This allows us to refund the value of your welcome offer simply by using your e-mail address.
I don't have a PayPal account, how can I set one up?
Go to the website https://www.paypal.com/ and click on the 'Sign up' button. This process is completely free of charge. You will need to enter your personal information and your bank card number.
This will then allow you to make payments on retail websites (for example eBay) without having to enter your bank card number. You will also be able to receive money on your account without sharing your bank account details. This is this service that we use in order to refund you the value of your welcome offer.
What is cashback?
Cashback allows you to recover part of the amount of your order with our partner retail websites. If you place an order on one of the sites for which we offer cashback, we will transfer part of the amount you paid for your order to your PayPal account.
How can I receive my cashback?
Send us your proof of purchase at email@example.com, as well as the e-mail address linked to your PayPal account, and we will give you a refund once we receive all the required documents.
What is a deal?
Deals are bargains offered by businesses close to you, on everyday services or products. This could be, for example, a discount for a haircut in the hairdressing salon on the ground floor of your building, or in the restaurant on the corner of your street.
I ordered a deal via your website and I haven't received my voucher/my order. What should I do?
Our service simply groups together all the offers from the biggest deals websites in the same place, we do not offer any deals directly.
Consequently if you have a problem with a deal which you found on our website, you will need to refer the matter to the website on which you actually placed your order.
What are mySweetSavings special offers?
No need to look around all the e-commerce websites to hunt down bargains. mySweetSavings will find them for you and collect them together right here.
These are special offers regularly made by the biggest e-commerce brands; we inform you of the dates and products concerned, and if necessary, we find the promotional codes for you.
I have a problem with an order which I made via a special offer I found on your website. What should I do?
You need to refer the matter to the customer service department of the retail website on which you placed your order. You didn't place your order directly on our website, so we cannot help you with it.

We will check and validate your receipt, your weekly offer refund will be settled within 30 working days after validation of your receipt.
-only one single receipt is accepted to redeem each offer

What is a weekly offer?
Weekly offers are exclusive offers which mySweetSavings sends to its VIP members. You will receive four by e-mail each week, and you can choose one from the four suggestions. They consist of a refund voucher with a value of $35, to be used for everyday products.
The process to benefit from the weekly offers is exactly the same than for the welcome offers.
